On behalf of an important multinational company with a leading position inside the Orthopedical market, we are looking for a:
NATIONAL SALES MANAGER – ROMANIA
The National Sales Manager is responsible of the Country sales results in the business line under his/her responsibility. He / She drives the overall sales structure formed by Direct Reps). His / Her activity will be deployed in a well-tuned interaction with the Marketing Manager & the Staff. He/she will support the building of Bundling / Innovative purchase Initiative offers that respond to the changing nature of the market.
.Sales Budgeting and periodic sales forecasting;
.Promotional budget definition in articulation with the Marketing and the General Manager;
.Achievement of the Country and the Regional Sales Goals;
.Management of direct Salesforce (2 Regional Sales Manager + Sales Representatives);
.Public tender offers and direct purchase offers Definition;
.Cooperate with the Cross-Departmental task of integrating data for market definition and analysis.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
.Deep Knowledge of the Business of Interest: Orthopedics;
.Very developed Negotiation skills;
.Soft Selling skills;
.Ability to network internally & externally;
.Good Level of English and new technologies early adopter
.Previous Experience in the medical devices market, preferably in Orthopedics or Cardiovascular areas;
.A previous experience as National Sales Manager is not a must, but a good fit candidate should have the right skills and potential to take this role without particular difficulties.
