Senior IT Support Engineer with experience supporting Microsoft Technologies, Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, Azure, etc. Experience of managing an IT service desk and mentoring support engineers.


  • Multiple years’ experience in the support of enterprise Windows server platforms 
  • Experience with Active Directory Architectures, group policy, and implementations/upgrades in an enterprise environment
  • Experience of administration of cloud products such as Office 365 & Azure
  • Ability to lead and manage a team
  • Manage overall performance, productivity and workloads for the team ensuring that all service levels are achieved & exceeded 
  • Excellent documentation and service management experience required

Also required

  • 5+ years experience in large enterprise IT environment
  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent and/or industry experience along with Microsoft Certifications an advantage
  • Experience managing and leading a team
  • Experience in achieving high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal – fluent English
