Unifly is the leading software provider of  unmanned traffic management technology. Our platform for Unmanned Traffic Management (UTM) is used on a national scale in various European countries, as well as in the North America, Africa and Asia. With this platform, authorities can manage and visualize drone flights in their airspace. Drone operators can plan, track and validate their drones and associated flights, taking into account national and international legislation.

For our office in Antwerp (Deurne), we’re currently looking for a:

                                    Senior UI/UX Designer


As a senior UI/UX designer you will be leading the design department. You own, create and manage the design of the products. You will be working in close collaboration with the product team and directly with Scrum teams. You will also maintain, define and update the corporate design in collaboration with the marketing team. You will have a chance to build the design team in scalable way to support the Scrum teams. As senior UI/UX Designer you are reporting to the CPO.



  • Leading the design department;

  • Design and iterate on different UI/UX efforts for the product from concept to implementation in close collaboration with the product owners;

  • Deliver scalable designs for accessibility and technical constraints in close collaboration with the Scrum teams;

  • Take our products to the next level by designing UI components, icons, illustrations, animations, rethinking common designs/patterns, and more!

  • Conduct usability testing;

  • Document, maintain, improve and add to our component based design system;

  • Contribute to the design of the website in close collaboration with marketing.


Technical and soft skills


Technical skills

  • Experience designing for responsive web and mobile apps;

  • 5+ years of Product experience, UX/UI Design;

  • Experience developing component-based design systems;

  • Experience with  design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch and Figma);

  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus;

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development processes is a plus;

  • Must have: a portfolio showing your processes and deliverables.


Soft skills

  • Independent and self-organizing, eye for detail;

  • You want to work in a team;

  • Your English language skills are very good (written and spoken);

  • Problem-solving, collaborative attitude;

  • Interest in the innovative drone industry;

  • Flexible: you want to work Full Time (8h / day), at least 2 days per week at our office.
