JOB DESCRIPTION

• To receive Engineering or generic specifications and source competitive
   bids from qualified suppliers that meet the specification, quality,
   budgetary and schedule requirements
• To expedite orders in accordance with Purchase Order requirements. Work
   with business units to communicate and improve delivery where-ever
   possible and updating system and records accordingly.
• To ensure that Purchase Order delivery registry is updated by all buyers
   and that delivery status always reflecting latest delivery update
   received from the supplier.
• Adhere to AlMansoori Business Principles & Ethics and Code of Business
   Conduct of being reliable, trustworthy and fair. Avoiding conflicts of
   commercial interest, ensuring accuracy of information, maintaining
   confidentialities and by abstaining from all forms of corruption

SKILLS AND COMPETENCY

Qualified candidates should possess the following skills and competencies:

• Must be proficient in the English language
• Must have Intermediate Computer Skills
