  • To prepare IJOF (Internal Job Order Form) and to review all Contractual documents, Micoda quotations, Client Scope of Work, Shop drawings etc.. upon client P.O. receipt in order to ensure correctness
  • To prepare and implement Works Programs, ITPs, Staff resources assignment and Tools/Equipment needs in order to properly manage production and to complete the jobs on time.
  • To coordinate and follow up with Engineering and Purchasing departments for MRFs and POs issuance as per Work Programs.
  • To supervise Fabrication as per schedule and to ensure that equipments are manufactured as per Quality standard, provided design and within stipulated delivery time.
  • Ensure Equipment maintenance is done as per schedule and records are updated accordingly.
  • Maintain high level of housekeeping as per International standard/practice.
  • To coordinate with QA/QC department and make sure that all equipments and materials duly inspected and approved prior to be used on jobs and all required QC inspection performed.
  • To prepare Daily Staff assignment as per available resources and jobs requirements and to update/submit Production plan accordingly and forward related information to Admin on daily basis.
  • Prepare project lessons learn.
  • To implement Cost Control of man-hours for all jobs and Resources Forecast.
  • To issue and monitor Design Change Requests in order to ensure that Drawings/Documents are updated accordingly upon Management approval.
  • To conduct Tool box meeting minimum once a week and to provide report to General Manager about topics discussed.
  • To ensure that materials for all jobs are dispatched to Project Stores or to Workshop and returned to Stores if not used and documented accordingly.
  • To fill Job Completion Analysis prepared by Accounts department.
  • To ensure that Time Sheets are filled with accuracy on daily basis.
  • To carry out other duties as may be directed by Production Manager.
  • To ensure that QA/QC policy of the company is adhered to.
  • To identify training needs for employees (Welding / Fabrication) and coordinate with HC department to arrange accordingly.
  • Responsible to plan, organize workshop activities, direct the tasks to Sr. Foremen and monitor the implementation.
