Salary: Up to £52,075 pro / rata plus excellent benefits.

About the role
As People Manager you will be responsible for providing support, guidance, and advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Providing operational support for the People Team. Working with 2 people officers supporting performance and a timely delivery of tasks.
You will take a proactive and responsive approach and demonstrate your strong HR focus with an excellent attention to detail. Responsible for ensuring the smooth performance of day-to-day HR operations, including leading and supporting in the delivery of the end-to-end payroll process in liaison with the Finance Team and Resourcing you will maintain compliance with all core HR processes. Some other key tasks and accountabilities will include:
Support People Officers to ensure deadlines are being met and quality of work being delivered within their respective roles.
Review and update HR policies and create process maps to ensure they remain compliant with employment law
and our commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
Lead on the delivery of these HR training workshops in conjunction with the People Business Partners and the Learning & Development Lead, as appropriate.
Collaborate closely with People Business Partners to ensure the alignment of operational activities with broader People strategy and business goals.
