The Role
An exciting opportunity exists for a Senior Talent Partner – Strategic Engagement to join DT Global in our Melbourne office. This Corporate role will form part of our Talent Engagement team and will work closely with our Strategic Engagement and Partnerships team, our Corporate staff and Program teams. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of personnel, ensuring best practice recruitment across the Asia-Pacific region.
Key to this role will be an experienced and dynamic Talent professional, skilled at attracting talent, accessing relevant networks, developing talent hubs and leveraging strong relationships in the sector. With a positive and flexible approach, this role will allow you to apply your creativity in attracting talent and connecting with others. You will be solutions-focused, thrive under pressure, able to prioritise competing demands and driven to make a positive contribution. You will form part of an organisation that seeks to attract the right people and aligns with positive values and organisational culture.
