The Partnerships Platform is seeking an experienced Senior HR & Recruitment Officer to support and oversee the program’s recruitment and selection cycle.
The role involves collaborating closely with the Partnerships Platform management, DFAT, and counterpart government stakeholders. It requires an experienced HR and recruitment professional to coordinate the recruitment of operational officers, program management staff, and technical experts across the Pacific region.

About the Australia-Pacific Partnerships Platform
The Australia-Pacific Partnerships Platform is an Australian Government initiative funded by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) and managed by DT Global. It provides Pacific Countries with a suite of flexible, fit-for-purpose options that support broad governance and stable development outcomes.
About You
You are an experienced HR and Recruitment professional with a background in international development. Skilled in managing multiple concurrent recruitment processes, you utilise a variety of channels to attract the right candidates. With strong written communication skills, you are adaptable and responsive to the evolving needs of programs. You are interested in a flexible role within a multidisciplinary development program, where you can enjoy a diverse range of tasks. Building rapport and delivering excellent service comes naturally to you. Based in the Pacific region (including Australia and New Zealand), you have the ability to work remotely.
You will be required to demonstrate a strong understanding of and commitment to Gender Equality, Disability and Social Inclusion (GEDSI), child protection and the Prevention of Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Harassment (PSEAH), anti-corruption and other DFAT safeguarding policies.
