Relevant Experience – Minimum:

Required: 5+ years field experience and 3+ years Technical Engineer

·        Gas Operations

·        Oil Operations

·        Stimulation Operations

·        H2S Operations

·        High Pressure & High Temperature experience

·        Deviated and Horizontal well experience

Preferred:

·        Milling

·        Fiber Optic

·        Plug and Perf

·        Logging

JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE

Provide the required Coiled Tubing and/ or Stimulation Technical subject matter expertise to internal TAQA team and client through technical proposals as per client requirements and continuously improve TAQA services offering through enhanced plans and offering new solutions and technologies.

    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Technical Proposal

·        Manage the Technical Engineering team

·        Ensure the Technical Engineering team are engaged effectively  with Client engineering team to receive the required data for designing the jobs

·        Assist in preparing solutions and satisfy the Client objectives by providing the most effective and economical solutions helping Client tackle their problems and achieve their goals

·        Be available through out the design phase and execution phase to make sure that Client and TAQA teams are receiving the enough technical back up

 

Service Delivery

·        Have proper systems in place ensuring that following up with on-site engineers and operations team are in place and that Engineering Team assists the field teams for any technical issues that needs to be rectified

·        Supervising the design and change in design phases to ensure proper designs and solutions are provided

·        Follow up with Client engineering teams for better collaboration and service delivery

Operations Support

·        Making sure that the operational teams receive the required supports and solutions from the Technical team  

·        Ensure that the new technologies are shared with the operational teams properly and that they received all required information and training for implementing new technologies in field

·        Engage in technical failures and be part of the investigation teams for identifying the root causes and to have corrective/ preventive action in place to avoid recurrence

Post Job Evaluation & Analysis

·        Ensure that Job data are gathered and job analysis for Client and for CTSS are completed

·        Liaise with Client team for any supports needed for the post job results and any recommendations for better results in case of a newer technologies

After Sales & Invoicing

·        Ensure all tickets are raised and as per Contract

·        Helping in resolving disputes

 

Compliance to Standards and Procedures

·        Ensure that  programs are prepared  in adherence to job design standards and documentation/system requirements, to ensure alignment to departmental procedures and enhance overall operational efficiencies

·        Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes and procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner

·        Contribute to cost-efficient usage of all applicable resources to reduce wastage and unnecessary expense.

·        Ensure adherence to Management of Change process, by obtaining required approvals and communicating to key stakeholders prior to changing any pre-planned or procedural activities
