Mission:

In a multinational environment and attached to the “Product Assurance Quality lead”, your mission, in collaboration with the team project, is to guaranty an adequate industrialisation of products using APQP process in adequation with the technical and contractual specifications. You are accountable for the quality deliverables within the project and act as guardian of the APQP methodology within the project. You work closely with the project manager and project’s multifunctional team.

 To carry out this mission, you will be responsible for following tasks:

· Analyse, challenge & implement customer contractual & technical requirements

· Be responsible for Quality Assurance Plan and associated document as Qualification Plan.

· Be an ambassador in the APQP approach and make sure that methodology is respected

· Manage the progress of PPAP deliverables to ensure a product meets customer requirements.

· Support process owners in monitoring indicators, improvement actions and achieving objectives.

· Monitor and communicate quality performance through audits.

· In collaboration with Project Manager, ensure hand over from Development to Serial Process.

· Organize and participate in external audits, certifications and customer visits.

· Analyse and support request for quotation (non-recurrent cost) for new business.

You profil:

· You have a university degree or equivalent in mechanics/aeronautics.

· You have a minimum of 10 years of experience in an industrial environment

· You have already managed quality or industrial projects.

· You master multimedia tools to document your reports and presentations (Office, …)

· You master the quality tools as 8D, Ishikawa, FMEA, control/monitoring plan, First Article Inspection…

· You can work within Multi-Functional Team.

· You have coordination and synthesis skills.

· You are familiar with the EN9100 and the EASA PART 21G standard.

· Your 'commercial' sensitivity allows you to naturally carry out any type of customer exchange.

· You are ready to carry out missions at Customer /supplier sites.

· Fluent English.
