Serial project quality assurance engineer (M/F/X)

Your mission:

In a multinational environment and attached to the “Customer Satisfaction and Project Quality Assurance Manager”, your mission is to manage quality topics within projects in production.

To carry out this mission, you will be responsible for the following tasks :

· Manage customer complaints (Escape) after delivery

· Manage and coordinated all activities linked to a customer complaint (treatment, liability definition, quality survey as 9S, 8D, QRQC or similar)

· Manage customer audits and assessments

· Perform internal product audits

· Manage project quality deliverables and monitoring of customer requirements

· Responsible of the Sonaca Customer Quality Report (SCQR): writing, communication (internal and external)

· With Commercial Department, manage Customer Satisfaction Review.

Your profile:

· You have a university degree or equivalent in mechanics/aeronautics

· You have 5 years of experience in an industrial environment

· You master multimedia tools to document your reports and presentations (Office, …)

· You are familiar with “quality” tools and methods in production (9S, QRQC, etc.)

· Rigorous, responsive and organized, you have a strong ability to communicate

· You have good interpersonal skills and you are technically reliable

· Your 'commercial' sensitivity allows you to naturally carry out any type of customer exchange

· You are ready to carry out missions at Customer sites.

· You are Fluent in English.
