Microsoft Office 365 Systems Engineer to provide day to day tier 3 support for messaging and collaboration technologies like Microsoft O365, AD, Exchange, MS Teams, OneDrive and other Office 365 workloads.
- Provide hands-on support for Office 365 technologies
- Collaborate with team members and colleagues to analyse information, define and prioritise requirements, supply recommendations and deliver solutions
- Perform root cause analysis to prevent recurring problem
- Troubleshoot and resolve varying levels of technical issues
- Review business practices and make recommendations for improvements
- Adhere to ITIL best practices and change management
- Maintain existing and develop new documentation as required that will include but is not limited to Standard Operating Procedures adhering to organizational templates, policies, and standards
Requirements
- 5+ years’ messaging experience in an enterprise IT environment
- Microsoft O365 certification
- Significant hands-on experience in administering large O365 (Office, Exchange, MS Teams, Azure AD, Intune, OneDrive), Exchange hybrid environments
- Scripting experience in PowerShell
- Excellent English written and verbal communications skills
- Good project management skills with the ability to set priorities, plan and independently execute tasks in a structured manner to meet deadlines
