THE ROLE The Senior Strategist will work closely with the Strategy Partner and quickly establish themselves as an indispensable strategic ally for the clients. Offering help and expertise in developing creative work, brand architecture and innovation and competitive understanding, whilst already having experience developing and executing successful digital and social campaigns. This account is fully integrated, and we work hand in hand with several specialist agencies and partners, the Senior Strategist will be holding and driving those relationships on a day-to-day basis. Interest and experience in social/digital comms would be appreciated to help bring big brands ideas to life across multiple channels.
THE ACCOUNT Sensodyne is a £2b global sensitivity toothpaste and proudly stands as no. 1 global brand for sensitive teeth. This is a fast paced fully integrated business where creative ambition and push for excellency are key drivers – therefore energy, passion and resilience are at the top of the agenda. It is an exciting category to work on given its data & digital first agenda and focus on innovation. On top of that the successful strategist will also have the opportunity to work on pitches and occasional pro-bono projects for the likes of PETA.
WHO YOU ARE Energised by a love for the work. The opportunity to do great work should be number one. We are looking for strategists that have seen/made great award-winning creative work. Be that in the accounts or agencies they’ve worked. Entrepreneurial. We are not an overly structured agency, just an ambition to get to the best work. We need someone who can find method in the madness, roll with the punches, and drive and direct the team to the best outcome. Awards hungry. We are and want to continue to be an award-winning agency at local and global level. Preferred candidates would have either won an APG or similar, or have a story around how the strategy for the brands they have worked on have won creative awards. Nice light soul.
