Creative team (Midweight) We are looking for two Creative teams to join us here at Grey London and make Famously Effective work that impacts culture. When you join our studio, you’ll collaborate closely with Creative Directors, and the entire Creative department, to develop and execute innovative and effective advertising campaigns across various channels. THE DAY-TO-DAY: · To be a key part in creating concepts and campaign ideas across all of Grey London’s clients · Translate client briefs and strategic objectives into compelling and impactful creative solutions. · Collaborate with other team members to develop integrated campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., digital, print, social media). · Assist in the execution of advertising campaigns from start to finish, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within budget. · Produce a wide range of creative assets, including but not limited to digital ads, social media posts, print ads, website graphics, and video content. · Ensure all creative work is of high quality, aligns with brand guidelines, and meets client expectations. · Iterate creative elements of your work, based on feedback and performance insights, to improve campaign effectiveness. · Communicate ideas, concepts, and project updates clearly and concisely to team members and clients. · Solicit feedback from colleagues and clients and incorporate revisions as needed to refine creative work. · Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in advertising and creative design. · Participate in training programs, workshops, and other professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge. · Share learnings and insights with the team to foster a culture of continuous improvement. · Excellent conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate innovative ideas. WHAT YOU WILL NEED: · 2-3 years of experience in a creative role within the advertising, marketing, or design industry. · Strong portfolio showcasing creative projects and campaigns across various channels. · Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
