POSITION OBJECTIVE
· Offer the opportunity to source talent that will integrate on the Material Planning Environment easier as their first formal employment. This will allow the student to acquire knowledge and experience that will help him develop his professional career..
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.- MRP System Accuracy
· Accurate daily maintenance of Standard Work activities to avoid line impacts.
· Map the different planning process to understand the key elements.
· Ensure the demand for materials is met and deliveries, transits & receipts are made on time. Based on original MRP schedule.
· Contribution to Planning Department KPIs: Parameters, MD06, Shipping Compliance.
· Maintain optimum Obsolescence, Overstock, Safety stock & Parameter levels.
· Ensure an effective communication with suppliers to address business needs.
· Work closely with the Purchasing team in a hand-to-hand effort to fulfill production requirements.
2.- PWC and TNT Type of Impact Definition
· Assesment of assembly complexity for all PWC BOM Materials
· Multidiciplinary team work
· Definition of type of impact for all PWC BOM Materials
Education:
· Students who are missing at least one year from the following careers: Industrial Engineer
Language:
● Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.
● English written and verbal (Min: 80%).
● Knowledge of French or German is an advantage
