We are looking for a Market Planning Analyst who wishes to use their analytical and business intelligence skills in a team of dynamic and passionate people. This role is a great professional and personal growth opportunity by working on various mandates in an innovative environment. You will get to play a key influencing role in sales planning and order management strategy for the international markets.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Play a key role in the volume planning process for the motor sports vehicles in collaboration with the product managers and market specialists
  • Take part in the sales target setting exercise and the volume planning process (5 year strategy planning)
  • Coordinate and improve the ordering processes for the international markets
  • Primary contact point for the international teams for all that is related to volume planning and order management
  • Deepen specific analysis
  • Develop, update and publish various sales reports

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, business intelligence, finance, accounting, marketing or related field
  • 1 to 3 years’ experience in a relevant position would be considered an asset
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team oriented
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, good logic and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Great technical ease, particularly with the use of Excel
  • Knowledge of SQL, VBA and PowerBI would be considered an asset
  • Mandatory bilingualism, written and spoken (English/French)
  • International experience would be considered an asset
