POSITION OBJECTIVE

·         Analyzed the reason for leaving of our hourly employees to generate new ways to have more information about if and have a real input to create action plans.

 

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Review the resignation reasons to leave.

·         Standardized the reasons to leave in the system.

·         Analyzed exit surveys.

·         Give information of resignations to production supervisors

·         Help to apply this process in all business units and give the correct follow up and status. 

STUDENT BENEFITS:

·         Knowledge of labor relations, law and good practices though the experience of working at BRP company.

Education:

·         Last year students in Psychology, Business administration or related

Language:

         Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.

         English written and verbal (Min: 80%).

         Knowledge of French or German is an advantage
