Description

As a key contributor in BRP’s digital transformation, you will lead and participate in digital initiatives working alongside our brand teams, agency partners, and cross-functional Centers of Excellence.

Based in Lausanne, and reporting to the Global Strategic Planner, you will play a pivotal role in planning & managing digital projects in the EMEA region, creating best-in-class digital experiences, and driving the most value in the moments that matter. Applying a strategic, customer-focused, and data-driven mindset, you will dive into data and deliver insights that drive decision-making across the EMEA region. In this essential, customer-centric role, you will help us propel our digital ecosystem to the next level.

 

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

 

1. Project Planning and Strategy

 

-        Work closely with stakeholders to define project objectives, understand requirements, and ensure alignment with business strategy.

-        Collaborate with PMO, Web, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams on developing and implementing comprehensive project plans, timelines, and deliverables.

-        Identify potential risks and challenges in project lifecycles and develop proactive mitigation strategies.

-        Manage budgets effectively and support stakeholders with digital budget allocation, ensuring resources are allocated optimally.

 

2. Data & Insights

 

-        Synthesize numerous data sources to develop meaningful insights and compelling recommendations, driving business decisions and informing project planning

-        Guide stakeholders in target setting to improve digital performance and marketing effectiveness

-        Support in the creation and optimization of reports and dashboards

-        Collaborate with internal experts and agencies in assessing market trends, brand health, funnel health, content engagement, consumer insights, etc.

3. CRM, Email Marketing, and Lead Management

-        Collaborate with CRM, brand teams, and agencies to build and execute email marketing campaigns, deploy CRM projects, and drive business growth through CRM.

-        Conduct ongoing assessments to improve performance, efficiency, and profitability

-        Own regional lead management processes

 

4. Demand Generation

-        Collaborate with Performance, brand, and agency teams and support on media planning, implementation, and campaign optimization (social, search, programmatic)

-        Ensure holistic, 360° paid media performance efforts across brands and channels aligned with overarching business objectives

 

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

-        5-7+ years of professional experience including 5 years in digital marketing

-        Strong knowledge of digital project management best practices

-        Strong knowledge of digital marketing trends, technologies, and consumer behavior

-        Strong knowledge of Google Analytics

-        Experience with data visualization platforms (Looker Studio, Power BI), paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager) and CRM tools (Salesforce)

-        A collaborative mindset and working style with excellent communication skills

-        The ability to adapt your style to the context and maturity of the team(s) you’re working with

-        The ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
