Brazil has been identified as a key potential market for BRP and we have significant growth aspirations for the upcoming years in LATAM. We ambition to accelerate the development of our business in Brazil in order to achieve our aggressive growth plans in the International Region. 

In this context, we are launching the recruitment of a Regional General Manager, LATAM. We are looking for an experienced sales & P&L leader to manage our operations locally, ensuring the development and engagement of a high performing team. 

Moreover, Campinas has been selected as a future hub for our Digital and Data global teams. We are therefore increasing our efforts to attract talents and fulfill our staffing needs to create a center of excellence in the growing areas of digital and data analytics in our Campinas office. While those teams will be reporting directly to the global teams in Canada, the General Manager will act as the local Site leader. In that regard s/he will be responsible to implement a culture that is aligned with BRP values, creating cohesion and collaboration between the teams. As site leader, s/he will also be responsible to ensure a full compliance to our Code of Ethics and all our internal policies. 

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO :

  • Develop and implement the business strategy for BRP in LATAM. Monitor and review the progress against the strategy and adapt as required. Identify business opportunities.
  • Manage LATAM P&L and achieve the territory’ wholesale, retail, PA&A, Network Development and market share objectives through leadership of the territory and management of the team.
  • Provide clear priorities and work direction to the team, ensuring alignment with business priorities and BRP Values. Lead, mobilize and develop a high performing team. Manage performance and development of the local team. 
  • Oversee the risk management of the BRP LATAM business and ensure a strict respect of our internal policies, including Authority and limits Policy and code of Ethics. Escalate issues are required. 
  • Ensure optimal Network coverage, development of new dealers and growth within existing dealers while upgrading our dealer network quality.
  • Ensure that marketing, go-to-market and dealer development initiatives are effectively implemented in the assigned territory.
  • Nurture strong relationships with partners, both internally and externally.
  • Represent BRP in external relationships up to A&L.
  • Act as the Site Leader for the Brazilian office, in that regards s/he will be responsible to:
  • Define, implement, and lead local governance, including Local Emergency Response Committee – “LERC”
  • Work with his management team and stakeholders to create a culture that foster productivity and engagement. 
  • Creates a nurturer culture that enables our people to find their greatness while working collaboratively. 
  • Ensure office rules and policies are communicated and respected

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • 10 to 15 years professional field sales experience along with P&L responsibility within the powersports or automotive industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Prior supervisory and leadership experience.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese
  • Experience with International business companies
