Head of People Services (Deputy Head of HR) The Bank for International Settlements is looking for a Head of People Services (Deputy Head of HR). This role is based in Basel, however, thanks to our status as an international organization, we can hire globally, and welcome applications from candidates of all nationalities and located anywhere in the world. Relocation support is available for the successful candidate and their dependent family members. Purpose of the job:Head of People Services (Deputy Head of HR) leads the delivery of HR operational services (HR operations, payroll, talent acquisition and labour leasing) to ensure operational excellence, through coordinated and efficient service delivery. On this role you will be responsible for designing and developing processes and delivery channels to continually improve capabilities and maintain alignment with best practices. Additionally, this role is responsible for the ongoing development of HR systems, leads related change initiative, supervises the management and reporting of services data as well as will deputise for the Head of Human Resources.
